Full Day Camps (Tues, Wed, & Thurs, 10am-4pm):
        Ages 8-14

• Drop-off from 9:45am, camp starts at 10am, pick-up between 3:45-4pm
• Optional "aftercare" until 5pm for $25
• Hands-on farm activities, nature adventures, animal interactions, horseback riding (weather permitting), fishing, crafts, swimming and more
• Campers bring a packed lunch, water bottle, bathing suit & towel

Little Ranchers Camp (10am-1pm - One Morning Camp):
Ages 5-8

• Select mornings for younger participants
• Drop-off between 9:45-10:00am, pick-up between 1-1:15pm
• Camp starts at 10am and ends at 1pm
• Campers bring a packed lunch and water bottle
• Price: $100 (Includes T-shirt and craft)

    Mommy & Me Mornings (10am-1pm):
         All Ages*

• Perfect for younger kids with activities tailored to them
• Adults must be present for the entire camp (Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, Nanny, etc. may come with the "Little Rancher" - MAX 1 ADULT)
• Bring a packed lunch for you & your child
• Craft is included in the camp (one craft per paid child)
• Only ONE ADULT per registration*
• No more than 2 children/infants per adult 
• Be sure to choose the additional selection for adding a 2nd child when checking out if you will be bringing a second child. 
• First child: $100, Second sibling: $50 (Babies under 1 are free & don't have to be added, but do count as a 2nd child w/ adult (max 2 children/babies per adult)

*If you have multiple children and would like multiple adults to attend please register each child and adult pair seperatley so we have an accurate head count. ONLY ONE ADULT may attend per registration - reach out with any questions. Thanks!

        After Camp Care (Full-Day Campers):

• Extra hour of adventure from 4-5pm for $25
• Book this bonus time when signing up for full-day camp (not available for Little Ranchers)
• Not refundable & must be added when booking your camp

• Only authorized pick-up persons can collect your child (must have first and last name in writing - submitted on Camper Form)
• Late Pick-up Fee: $25 per half hour (unless signed up for Aftercare in Advance)

Refund Policy:
For all 2026 Summer Day Camps

• Cancellations made by March 15th will be fully refunded, minus a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations made by April 30th will receive a 50% refund plus $50 cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations after April 30th.

Branch Hill Estate, Branch Hill Cabin, & Branch Hill Manor House, LLC Waiver of Liability:
WARNING: Under OHIO law, a farm animal activity sponsor, farm animal professional, or other person on behalf of the business or property owners does not have the duty to eliminate all risks of injury of participation in farm animal and water activities as may be involved with the lake/pond on site. There are inherent risks of injury and even death that you voluntarily accept if you participate in farm animal and water activities, including horseback riding, grooming, and even introduction to any animal on the property.    

I sign below as the legal parent or guardian of the minor child named on this form, hereby release Branch Hill Estate, LLC, Branch Hill Manor House, LLC, and/or Branch Hill Cabin, LLC, and its owners, employees and their heirs, until the end of time, from all liabilities, including property damage, bodily injury or death whether to self, said minor or any other person I bring to the property.  I commit that I will not -- nor will any relative, family member, insurance company, attorney or other on my behalf -- make any effort to take any legal action against Branch Hill Estate, LLC, Branch Hill Manor House, LLC, and/or Branch Hill Cabin, LLC or anyone involved with it for any reason.   I understand there is no nurse or medical personnel on site and that any health issues or concerns have been considered by me and I am willing to have my child participate in activities here in any case.  

I am willing and give permission to have my photo/my child’s photo posted on the Branch Hill Estate, Branch Hill Farm, Branch Hill Cabin and/or Branch Hill Manor House Facebook page(s) and used on the website(s), social media or in any other advertisement free of compensation to me.    

For the safety of everyone involved, I will follow directions to be best of my ability at all times and verify that so will my child.   

By signing below I also acknowledge that I understand fully that there are NO REFUNDS for payments made unless the camp is cancelled by Branch Hill Estate & Ranch.  Summer Camps are rain or shine and campers are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather to stay comfortable during camp.
