Vendor Application – Woodland Fashion: Runway at the Rapids
We’re excited to invite selected vendors to be part of Woodland Fashion: Runway at the Rapids, an exclusive high-fashion event celebrating Indigenous designers, artistry, and culture. This one-night event will feature a cocktail hour and vendor market, followed by an unforgettable runway showcase.

Event Details
Date: Saturday, April 12, 2025
Location: The Machine Shop, Sault Ste. Marie
Vendor Market & Cocktail Hour: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Runway Show: 7:00 PM

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your work to an engaged audience of fashion lovers, creatives, and industry professionals.

Vendor Fee
$100 – Small handmade craft items (jewelry, beadwork, accessories, art, etc.)
$150 – Apparel and manufactured items
Load-in instructions and further details will be sent out approximately two weeks before the event.

Deadline to submit your brand: March 10th, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST
