Volunteer Waiver
As a volunteer for Innisbrook Resort:
1. Accuracy of Information: I certify that the information I have provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I have not withheld any information that could affect my application unfavorably. I understand that Innisbrook Resort may refuse my volunteer service if I have provided any incorrect information or omissions. I authorize Innisbrook Resort to verify the information provided and to make inquiries of others to determine my suitability as a volunteer.
2. At-Will Relationship: I understand that the relationship between Innisbrook Resort and its volunteers is an “at-will” arrangement, meaning that my volunteer service can be modified or terminated, with or without notice or cause, at any time, at the option of Innisbrook Resort.
3. Voluntary Service: I acknowledge that my service is strictly voluntary and that I will not receive any form of payment for my time.
4. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability: I assume all risks and responsibilities for any claims, legal actions, and costs resulting from injury to myself or others, as well as property damage, caused by my negligence or intentional acts. I further release Innisbrook Resort, Salamander Properties, their employees, directors, and trustees from liability for any claims arising from the above.
5. Authorization and Certification: By signing below, I certify that the information I have provided is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any misrepresentation in my application may void my volunteer application. I fully authorize any background checks or thorough investigation of the matters I have provided in this application.
