2025 Mountain Grrl Experience Artisan or Craft Vendor Application

Application deadline is September 20, 2025 or until all spaces are filled, whichever comes first.  Applications will not be accepted or approved after this time. Vendors will only be setting up on Saturday, October 18, 2025. Water and electricity will NOT be provided and are NOT available for this event. Generators will not be permitted. Space is limited. There is a $50 fee per each 10 feet of space requested and this payment is due in full 14 days after application is approved.  This is a one day outside event on the streets of Pikeville and will continue rain or shine.  You will only receive a refund if the event is cancelled however you will NOT receive a refund if you fail to attend the event.  If your application is approved you will receive an email with directions containing  when and where to meet for setup the week of the event.  

 

 

ARTIST. A person who makes, produces or creates a substantially handmade object or product that is both an original and creative work brought into existence by the exercise of its creator's imagination and which cannot be mass produced.

 

Unless you are an Artsian as defined by Pikeville City Ordinance or a participant with the Pikeville Farmser's Market you will need to obtain a City of Pikeville Business License prior to approval. These range from $25 - $50 depending on various factors. You may apply online at the following link.
