Application must be received on time in order to be considered. Notice of acceptance will be made no later than April 4th.
Upon acceptance:
+ You must send in $500.00 payment to LARAC (7 Lapham Place, Glens Falls, NY 12801).
+ Agree to provide LARAC with a certificate of insurance naming The City of Glens Falls, Warren County, and LARAC as additional insured.
+ Provide a copy of your NYS Dept. of Health Permit. Your organization must agree to assume full responsibility for dispensing food according to the NYS Department of Health Policies.
+ Upon acceptance all mobile food businesses are required to submit a mobile food unit license to the Glens Falls City Clerk's Office. The Glens Falls Unit License Form will be emailed to you with your acceptance notification. License fee is $75.00 and must be paid to the City of Glens Falls 6 weeks before the Festival. Payment of the $75.00 License Fee for non Glens Falls vendors along with the application must arrive to city clerk no later then May 9th, 2025. **LARAC is making an effort to reduce our impact environmental impact on our community and planet. We are encouraging all food vendors to substitute biodegradable or non plastic serving utensils and other products. LARAC will be putting firm regulations into place by 2026 regarding the use of plastic serving materials to the public. Thank you.
