Here's how to provide your inventory:

• Easy Video Submission: Simply record a video walkthrough of your home.
  Focus on Large Items: Show us your furniture, appliances, and other large items.
• No Need for Small Items/Unpacked Boxes: Don't worry about filming small items or boxes that aren't yet packed.
• Good Lighting is Key: Ensure the areas you film are well-lit.
• Keep the Camera Steady: Try to move smoothly and steadily while recording.
• Maximum 3-Minute Video: Please keep your video to 3 minutes or less. If needed, create a second video.

Policy Regarding Inventory Submission

To ensure your move is handled with the utmost precision and care, a complete and accurate inventory of your belongings is essential. Failure to provide the required inventory documentation will unfortunately result in automatic opt-out from our insurance coverage.

Here's exactly what we need from you:

Option 1: Easy Video Submission. Walk through your home with your camera. Focus on showing us your large furniture pieces and appliances. No need to film small items or unpacked boxes.
Option 2: Photo Submission. Upload clear photos of all large furniture items.
Crucially, you must also submit a video walkthrough as described above.
Accuracy is paramount. Every item must be accurately documented. Please be aware that any undeclared items discovered during the move will incur a fee of $10 per item, in addition to our standard hourly rate.

This policy is in place to protect both you and us. Your thorough cooperation allows us to plan your move effectively and efficiently. Don't risk your coverage – provide the required inventory.
