A Mass card is a beautiful way to honor or remember a loved one, celebrate a birthday, or commemorate a special occasion. We are glad to include their name and lift up these intentions as we celebrate Mass with our community.

Mass intentions are $10, a stipend given to the priest. Regular sized mass cards can be provided for this amount. If you prefer the large format card (sometimes given at wakes) that cost is $15.

Upon completion of this form, you will be directed to our payment portal, Flocknote, to complete payment for the intention.

You may pick up a physical Mass card in the office following submission of this form. Mass card requests are processed on Wednesdays and cards will be available for pickup on Thursdays.
