• 2026 YMCA Healthy Kids Day: Vendor Registration Form

    Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the YMCA Healthy Kids Day! Please complete the registration form below to secure your spot. Vendor registration is open through March 15. Non-profits and government/civic organizations have a discounted registration fee.

  • Vendor Options

  • Vendors:

    $250 registration fee (tent included) or let us know if you prefer to use your own branded tent.

    Benefits Include:
    • One booth to distribute promotional items and host a family-friendly activity
    • Post-event thank-you acknowledgment

    Non-Profit Vendor:

    $150 registration fee (tent included) or $50 registration fee (providing own tent)

    Benefits Include:
    • One booth to distribute promotional items and host a family-friendly activity
    • Post-event appreciation and recognition

    Please Note: Tents will only be allowed if weather/wind permitting. We will keep you posted closer to the event date. 

    Payment Method: You will receive an invoice via email. Payment can be made by check or credit card.

    • The vendor agrees to hold the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City, Oklahoma harmless from any and all claims arising from the vendor's participation.

      By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the above terms and conditions. I understand booth placement is assigned at the discretion of the YMCA and agree to remain set up for the duration of the event.
