Donating Mileage expenses back to Dementia Active Charity
Once you have made a claim you can keep the money or pay part or all of it back to the charity as a Gift Aid payment. Gift Aid only applies when you the volunteer makes an actual payment of money to the charity. You cannot claim Gift Aid if a volunteer decides not to claim for expenses that they're entitled to.
I am making a claim for my expenses. Please pay the expenses I have claimed into the account, detailed below. I am authorising the CIC to manage the claimed funds in this account on my behalf. I wish to transfer all or some of those funds as detailed below into Dementia Active charity account, and Gift Aid that amount. (Charity no. 1195246)
