PACC Studios - Waiting List for Artists
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, if/when a studio becomes available. The PAA will review applications as spaces become available, and will reach out to prospective artists for site visits.
PACC Studio Artist Commitments:
Proactive utilization of space
Timely rent payments by 1st of each month
Being present in studio during First Friday Gallery Walk
Work the gallery once a month from 12-5pm (Saturdays preferred)
Attend bi-monthly studio artist community meetings
PACC Studio Amenities:
Our studios have access to a large studio sink, restrooms and wifi.
Accessible 24/7
PACC Studio Info:
Rent is paid on the first of each month by cash or check, rent ranges from $150-$225 per studio.
Artists sign a year-lease agreement - renewable each year.
The PACC is looking for artists who will actively participate in community events and be self-driven individuals looking to immerse themselves into the distinct community of the Paseo!
