Please read and agree to the following specifics. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of your cleaning deposit and addtional charge for damaged items.
Internet-
As part of the agreement renter may use the guest wifi network.
Kitchen-
The kitchen is certified as meeting commercial standards by the Tehama County Health Board. The ovens, fridge, freezer and stove are fully functional and maybe used after training. Renter may use restrooms in cafeteria.
1. Clean all surfaces after use (Cleaning supplies provided)
2. Remove your food items from fridge
3. Remove your utensils or equipment at end of use
4. Remove your trash after use
5. Be sure the outside door is locked and lights off
6. Sweep floors.
Gym and Cafeteria-
Use of restrooms, tables and chairs included.
1. Shoes- When playing sports indoors including basketball, soccer, tag please remove shoes that leave marks on the gym surface such as cowboy boots or cleats.
2. Do not use any rc car, scooter, skateboard, bike or other moving device with wheels.
3. Turn off lights and be sure to lock doors.
4. Turn off AC
5. Pack it in, pack it out!
Manzanita Conference Room-
Renter may use Smartboard, tables, chairs, wifi and restrooms located in cafeteria.
1. Adjust heat/ac with wall thermostat. Be sure to return to off position when done.
2. Lights turn on/off automatically.
3. Put chairs and tables away at end of meeting.
Payment-
Renter agrees to pay all fees in a timely manner no later than 5 days after the event. Cleaning/reservation deposit is due at the time of booking and will be returned after post inspection of facility or may be applied to rental fees.
