  • Prior to starting the application please be sure to read the Undergraduate Scholarship Guidelines and have all your supporting documents ready to be uploaded.

    Eligiblity Requirements:

    • Aged 18 up to 30
    • Declared a Depednent of Orange County, CA
    • Enrolled in an accredited university, community college or trade/vocational program
    • Meet application and supporting document deadlines

    Also be aware there are short answer questions.The application may take approx. 15 minutes to complete.

    • Orange County,CA Dependency Verification (not court/case documents)
    • Schedule (list term, course names, units per course)
    • Financial Aid Award Proof (FAFSA or CADAA)
    • Transcripts (If previously in college)

    For Foster Care Verification letter you can have the youth directly call (714) 704-8000 and ask for the officer of the day in Independent Living Program or (ILP) or you can have them e-mail their request directly to the ILP Mail inbox (mail.ilp@ssa.ocgov.com) and they will forward the request to the OD for the day.
