    • This registration should be filled out by LEADERS who are planning to bring children or teens from their church or homeschool group to summer camp.
    • If you are the parent of a camper who is attending with your church group, please contact your church group leader to get a link to the form you need to register your child.

  • Camp Selection

  • *Please note that if you are registering for Service Adventure Camp you will need to be able to provide transportation for campers out to service project sites Monday-Thursday of camp.

  • Leader Contact Information

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Reserve Your Spots

    • At least one leader (and all drivers for Service Adventure Camp) must be 25 or older.
    • Other leaders must be at least 18 for elementary/middle school campers and at least 20 for high school campers.
    • Must have a leader for each gender of students attending. If you only bring girls, then you only need to bring female leaders.
    • There must be at least an 1:8 ratio of adult leaders to campers. Please match gender of leaders to gender of campers.
    • Please write down the number of spots you have reserved for your group and post it near your workspace.  If it looks like your registrations are going to go over that number, please email Renee asap to see if there are addition spots open for your group.
  • Housing

  • Cottages

    • The cottages are Crestfield's default housing for youth retreats and camps.
    • Built in 2014 these buildings have three bunk rooms and two dorm style bathrooms (one in each building is handicap accessible).
    • Most of the beds in the cottages are twins, however there is one queen sized bed in each of the upstairs rooms reserved for an adult leader.
    • The cottages are located a short walk away from main camp, but if needed groups may drive back and forth to main camp provided the driver is 25 or older.
    • All housing in the cottages is organized by biological gender.  In most cases girls are housed in Alpha Cottage and boys are housed in Omega Cottage.

    Scott Lodge

    • Scott Lodge may be requested by groups who have participants with special considerations such as medical concerns, behavioral issues, or a unique need for increased privacy which cannot be addressed in the cottage/dorm style setting.
    • Scott Lodge was built at main camp in 1999 and is a hotel style facility in which each room has a private bath.
    • There are two types of Scott Lodge Rooms. The larger rooms have a queen bed and two twins.  The smaller rooms have two twins. For youth events we will also add up to two additional participants on sleeping mats in each room, so that the larger rooms sleep 6 and the smaller rooms sleep 4.  You may bring your own mats or you may use ours.  Ours are designed for camping and resemble thick yoga mats.   Fitted sheets will be provided for the queen beds so participants only need to worry about bringing twin sized bedding.
    • Church leaders are responsible for assigning the rooming for their group members in Scott Lodge and may be asked to sign verification that everyone in their group is amenable to their rooming assignment.
    • Please note that per our child protection practices minors may not be housed with 2 campers per room unless they are siblings.
    • Groups of 18 or more will be charged an additional fee per participant: $5 for weekend events and $15 for week long events.

Please note that participants are responsible for their own towels and bedding in BOTH the cottages and Scott Lodge.

  • Individual Registrations and Payment

  • Final Numbers/Individual Registrations:

    • Links to Individual Camper and Chaperone Registration Forms will be emailed to you after you submit this registration.
    • Individual Camper and Chaperone Registrations will be due two weeks prior to the camp that you are attending.  If you have unused spots, they will automatically be dropped at this time.
    • If it looks like your numbers are going to go over the number of spots you reserved, please contact Renee asap to see if additional spots can be reserved for your group.
    • Your billing will be based on the number of individual registrations we recieve from your group.

     Costs:

    • $400 per camper and $125 per chaperone for week long camps
    • An additional $15 per person will be charged for groups of 18 or more staying in Scott Lodge for week long camps.
    • Individuals who are registered by the final number deadline (2 weeks prior to camp) but end up not attending will owe a partial payment of $50 to cover sunk costs.
    • Rent a Counselor Fee - If you are under your 1:8 camper:leader ratios for either the guys or the girls or for both, you will be charged an additional $50 (week long camps) or $25 (mini camps) for each camper that you have not provided a leader for.  So, for example, if you bring 4 boys and 4 girls to Service Adventure Camp, but you only bring two female leaders, you will be charged an additional $50 per boy to cover the cost of "renting" a Crestifield counselor for your goup.  Be aware that it is feasible we may not be able to provide a counselor and may have to cancel the registrations for those campers.

    FAQ:

    • Please make sure to download the Retreat Leader's Guide (but also don't get distracted doing that to the point that you forget to hit "submit" on this form).  In it you will find the steps involved in the registration process, a packing list you can give your participants, and a list of camp expections that you can pass on to your group as well.
    • If you have questions that aren't answered in the guide, email Renee and ask!  Please remember that Renee is your contact for this retreat and that she can be reached best through email and text.
