  • This form is to be completed by a Registered Student Organization (RSO), Department Student Organization (DSO), or George Mason Department (Department) that is planning to host an event that include vending sales conducted by external vendors. 

    Prior to completing this form, the organization must have already requested and recieved approval for event space through 25Live, as well as have indentified all external vendors that will be particpating in the event. The organizations must ensure that all vending activities do not compete with University exclusive contracts and that vendors who sell or distribute food have applied to be an Approved Caterer.

    In the fields below, the organization must list the names and contact information for each external vendor that will be vending at the event. Upon receiving the Vending Approval Request Form submission, Student Centers will email each external vendor with the organization cc’ed outlining the responsibilities and required documentation which must be submitted at least two business days in advance of their reservation date.
