    Booth spots are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Tables and chairs will not be provided.

    Nonprofit information booths or vendors have no fee.

    One 10x10 spot will be provided.

    *Vendors selling goods or services are subject to a fee.

    OPT 1 = One 10x10 spot will be provided.

    OPT 2 = Two 10x10 spots will be provided.

  • Important Event Information

    The Wellness Fair portion of the Event will be held indoors at the Glide Community Center. There may be spots available outside the center. Please reach out to scholarships@gliderev.com to dicuss options.

    Event begins at 10:00 AM on MAY 2ND, 2026, and ends at 2:00 PM. Booth setup begins at 9 AM. Booths must be completed no later than 10:00 AM. Vendors are responsible for the setup and teardown of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by FRIDAY, MAY 1ST, 2026, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food, electricity, water, and heating equipment. 

    Payment by Check or Money Order. We will be in contact for payment.
