  • Burlington Able Sail depends on Volunteers from the Sailing and the wider Community to carry out its operations. Roles range from communicating with clients, escorting clients safely to the dock, transferring clients safely into the boats, companion sailing, driving, or observing on the Coach/ Safety powerboats. Many roles that anyone can fill with the training provided If you are interested, fill out the form below Able Sail Volunteer Registration Form. We have a need for people with a wide variety of skills and interests. Please indicate your skills in the list below. No skills are required and training is available.     I agree to release and save harmless the Corporation of the City of
    Burlington, the Corporation of the City of Hamilton, the Regional
    Municipality of Halton, the Hamilton Port Authority, Burlington Able Sail,
    the Burlington Sailing and Boating Club, and the LaSalle Park Marina
    Association, including any of their contractors, subcontractors,
    employees, helpers, officers or members from any and all claims
    whatsoever associated with the personal injury, loss, damage or
    destruction to personal property, however caused, during any part of the
    operations of Burlington Able Sail.

    I have read and accept all of the terms and conditions stated above and acknowledge this agreement is the entire agreement between the parties and there is no other representation, warranty, condition or collateral agreement other than what is expressed herein in writing. The rights and obligations under the Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any dispute shall be referred to final and binding arbitration in Toronto in the English language before a single arbitrator in accordance with the Ontario Arbitration Act.
