  • The Market Junction Vendor Rules & Policies

Welcome to The Market Junction!  We are proud to create a vibrant, family-friendly space where vendors and customers from all walks of life can come together to enjoy high-quality products and experiences. To ensure that our market remains a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone, we have established the following vendor rules and policies:

We kindly request a donation from each vendor to contribute towards a gift basket or prize draw for our upcoming event. These donations not only enhance the experience for our attendees but also help promote your business.

Please drop off your donation at the door with our designated person, or feel free to bring it directly to me. Don’t forget to include your business name and contact information with your donation to ensure your contribution is recognized.

Thank you in advance for your support and generosity. We look forward to showcasing your business at our event!

    1. Family-Friendly Atmosphere

Our market is designed to be a family-friendly environment where customers of all ages can shop comfortably. All vendors are expected to adhere to this standard by ensuring that their products, displays, and promotional materials are appropriate for children and families.

    2. Neutral and Inclusive Displays

We aim to keep the market neutral and inclusive, focusing on products rather than political, social, or controversial messages. As such:

No explicit political or social messaging: We ask that vendors avoid displays, signage, or promotional materials that focus on political views or social movements.
No vulgar or suggestive material: All products, displays, and signage and attire must remain respectful and appropriate for all ages. Materials that are vulgar, explicit, or suggestive in nature will not be permitted.

    3. Product & Display Guidelines

Vendors are encouraged to showcase their products creatively and professionally. However, any displays or products that may cause discomfort or create controversy due to inappropriate content (such as offensive language, imagery, or symbols) will not be allowed.

    4. Respect for All Communities

While we strive to create an inclusive market that welcomes all individuals, our primary focus is on maintaining a family-friendly and respectful atmosphere for everyone. This policy applies equally to all vendors and is not targeted at any specific group or cause.

    5. Approval of Materials

We reserve the right to approve or reject any materials, displays, or products that do not align with these guidelines. We encourage open communication with our vendors and are happy to discuss any concerns regarding the suitability of specific materials or items. You can have 20% of your display non-handmade, enhancing the sales of your handmade items. At some point we will host an "Anything goes market to sell off your unused crafts, new or like new home decor, inventory clearouts, etc. Stay connected or add your name to the list for this event via email. It will be called NEW, GENTLY USED, CRAFTED OR CLEAROUTS.

    6. Inclusivity and Diversity

We celebrate diversity in all its forms. Our market values products and services that cater to a wide range of customers. We welcome vendors from all backgrounds, and we support businesses that prioritize kindness, respect, and inclusivity.

By becoming a vendor at The Market Junction, you agree to adhere to these guidelines to help us maintain the welcoming, neutral, and family-friendly environment we are committed to offering.

If you have any questions or need further clarification on these policies, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're excited to have you as part of our market community!
