A deposit is required to hold a date/time (time subject to change up to 30mins) for a scheduled party. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party. Parties can be rescheduled if requested two weeks prior to scheduled booking. Deposits are not refundable in the form of cash, check, or credit card. The deposit can be used for rescheduling the party or for any of our programs/offerings. Cancellations made within 48hrs of the scheduled party will forfeit the full deposit amount. Deposits can be send via etransfer to Wincityninjas@gmail.com or in paid in person at Win City Ninjas located in the basement of 2525 Roseville Garden Drive
