BCA Certificate of Appreciation Nomination Form 2025

BCA presents Certificates of Appreciation to members who have made a significant contribution to its work, and in doing so have improved BCA’s ability to achieve its purpose of informing, connecting, and empowering people who are blind or vision impaired.
Nominations should reflect the work of the person by outlining their achievements in detail and in chronological order, if possible.

Separate nominations must be completed for each nomination.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Nominees for Blind Citizens Australia Certificate of Appreciation must be full, Junior, or Associate members of Blind Citizens Australia.
- Nominators for the award are not required to be members of Blind Citizens Australia.

Only nomination forms that are completed in full will be considered.

Self and posthumous nominations will be considered.

Nominations close on Sunday, 30th March 2025.
