Ostralos Course/Event Registration Cancellation Policy

Should your circumstances change and you are unable to attend a course, you must contact Ostralos by no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the course to receive a full refund. Should you cancel less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the course, please see the below policy.

30 days from conference start date	Full Refund
21-29 days from conference start date	75% Refund
14-21 days from conference start date	50% Refund
14 and fewer days from conference start date.	No Refund - full registration fee for the registration type booked

Refund Processing

Ostralos will refund any fees paid as a result of amending your registration and/or associated requirements, after taking into consideration the relevant cancellation policy, within 7 business days of receiving a refund request.
