To become a member of the LGPS P&C for 2026, please complete the below and bring your $1 membership fee to our AGM on Tuesday 24th March.

If you would like to transfer the membership fee, please let us know and we will provide you with our bank details.

If you want the opportunity to vote and be a part of the executive committee, please make sure this form is completed and your membership fee is provided prior to the commencement of the AGM.

Completing this form will allow you to receive the minutes from all meetings and be keep up-to-date throughout the year.
