• Deadline for abstracts: Friday 14 August 2026 .. • Notification of acceptance: End of August 2026 • Final presentation due: 12 September 2026 • Abstract length: 100–200 words, including 2–3 key takeaways •Presentation duration: 15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A • Please include a short biography and a high‑resolution head‑and‑shoulders photo (300 dpi) All submissions will be reviewed by the SAIMC User Advisory Council Executive Committee for relevance and alignment with the Summit theme.
