1. Meals, snacks and drinks are included in our fees.

2. Invoices are issued in advance via our Famly App and you will be notified by email when your invoice is available. These fees must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice. Failure to pay on time will result in a 10% Late Payment Fee being added to your child's account. Further non-payment will result in your child losing their place at Rainbow Day Care, and possible court proceedings to claim your debt.

3. We accept the following methods of payment: Online through Famly Pay, Bank Transfer, Debit / Credit Cards, Apple Pay / Android Pay, Tax Free Childcare, Childcare Vouchers & Cash.
