Please note - I do not offer hair services but do have a team that can provide, if you do not yet have hair booked for your event day I will need to be informed to ensure my team is prepared and able. If our hair services are required as well there will be extra fees, please inquire further via email (Amanda.springer07@gmail.com)
Deposit - In order to have your event date booked I will require a one-hundred ($100) deposit the day of approval, this deposit is required to ensure your event is secured with our team.
Travel Fee - Events one (1) hour outside of Medicine Hat, Alberta will require a $100 mileage fee the day of booking approval, any events further than one (1) hour driving time is to be inquired for approval with your artist via email (Amanda.springer07@gmail.com)
Policy - Events must be booked sixty (60) days prior to event date to ensure your special day is prepared. Cancellations must be made one week (7 days) prior to the event to receive your deposit refund, any cancelations made fewer than one week prior is non-refundable.
Skin Conditions/Allergies - Any and all skin conditions/allergies must be made known to your artist before application (eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, etc.)
Liability - All makeup brushes, pallets, equipment has been sanitized apon arrival and in between clients, it is agreed that any irritation, condition, or allergy reactions are waived from your artists responsibility.
