EmpowerMe: Gençlik Programı, Türkiye, Azerbaycan, Kazakistan ve Ürdün’deki gençlerin 21. yüzyıl becerilerini geliştirmeyi hedefleyen kapsamlı bir uluslararası programdır. Alshaya Grubu, Habitat Derneği ve Starbucks Vakfı iş birliğiyle hayata geçirilen program, girişimcilik ve dijital yetkinlikler aracılığıyla gençlerin sosyal ve ekonomik dayanıklılıklarını güçlendirmeye odaklanmaktadır.
22 Mart - 8 Nisan 2025 tarihleri arasında çevrim içi düzenlenecek EmpowerMe: Genç Girişim Bootcamp Türkiye, iş modelinden finansal planlamaya, prototiplemeden yatırımcı sunumlarına kadar geniş bir yelpazede eğitim ve mentorluk desteği sunacaktır.
İş fikrini geliştirmek ve uluslararası girişimcilik ekosisteminde kendine bir yer edinmek istiyorsan, Genç Girişim Bootcamp tam da sana göre!
Kimler Başvurabilir?
- Türkiye’de yaşayan 15-30 yaş arası gençler
- En az 3 üyesi olan olan takımlar
- En az bir üyesi orta düzey İngilizce yeterliliğine sahip takımlar
NOT: Başvurular takım olarak yapılmaktadır. Başvuru formunu her takımdan sadece bir kişinin doldurması yeterlidir.
Genç Girişim Bootcamp Detayları Nelerdir?
- Çevrim içi gerçekleştirilecek programa katılım tamamen ücretsizdir.
- Eğitim dili İngilizce olup, mentorluk oturumlarında Türkçe dil desteği sağlanacaktır.
- 7 gün sürecek programa düzenli katılım gerekmektedir.

- Girişimcilik Eğitimleri: İş modeli, pazar analizi, MVP, pazarlama ve büyüme stratejileri, finansal planlama, sunum teknikleri ve pitch deck oluşturma.

- Demo Day'de jüri ve yatırımcılara sunum yapma fırsatı; 3 girişime $10.000, $5.000 ve $2.500 hibe desteği ve Girişimcilik Dünya Kupası (EWC) katılım hakkı.

EmpowerMe: Youth Program is a comprehensive international initiative aimed at enhancing the 21st-century skills of young people in Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Jordan. Launched in collaboration with the Alshaya Group, Habitat Association, and the Starbucks Foundation, the program focuses on strengthening the social and economic resilience of youth through entrepreneurship and digital skills.
The EmpowerMe: Youth Entrepreneurship Bootcamp Türkiye, which will take place online between March 22 and April 8, 2025, will provide a wide range of training and mentorship support, covering topics such as business modeling, financial planning, prototyping, and investor pitching.

Who Can Apply?
- Young people aged 15-30 residing in Türkiye
- Teams with at least 3 members
- Teams with at least one member who has intermediate English proficiency
NOTE: Applications must be submitted as a team. Only one member per team should fill out the application form.
What Are the Details of the Youth Entrepreneurship Bootcamp?
- The program will be conducted online and is entirely free of charge.
- The training will be in English, with Turkish language support available during mentorship sessions.
- Participants must commit to attending the entire 7-day program.
What Does the Youth Entrepreneurship Bootcamp Offer?
- Entrepreneurship Training: Business model development, market analysis, MVP, marketing and growth strategies, financial planning, presentation techniques, and pitch deck creation.
- Mentorship Support: One-on-one sessions and group activities with expert mentors.
- Hands-on Project Development: Prototype development using no-code tools.
- Community and Networking: Opportunities to connect with entrepreneurs and ecosystem experts.
- Advancement Opportunities: The top 5 startups will qualify to join the International Acceleration Program.
What's Next After the Youth Entrepreneurship Bootcamp?
- Advanced training and mentorship support in the International Accelerator Program for selected startups from Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan.
- Opportunity to present to the jury and investors at Demo Day; $10.000, $5.000, and $2.500 cash prizes and entrance to the Entrepreneurship World Cup for 3 startups.
