If paying by credit card, a $35 credit card processing fee is reflected in the cost.

To avoid this extra fee, we can also accept cash, check, or money order.

4-Year Warranty with ADP

This warranty is optional but strongly recommended. It is a 4 year extended warranty with accidental damage protection (ADP). It covers everything except cosmetic damage and the battery. When possible, Lenovo technicians will come to campus to make the repairs. Mercy will facilitate warranty claims and, if available, provide a loaner device.

Without a warranty, the parent/guardian assumes responsibility for making prompt arrangements should a repair/replacement become necessary. If available, a loaner device will be provided for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Notebook sleeve

Students are required to have a notebook sleeve for their device. We recommend searching online for 14" laptop sleeve to see if the student prefers a different option, or you may choose to purchase a Lenovo-branded notebook sleeve. 

Battery warranty

A laptop battery will last for approximately 2 years before the charging capacity begins to diminish. Students would benefit from a battery replacement at the start of junior year. This 4 year battery replacement warranty will cover one battery replacement between years 2 and 4. This is optional and the device will continue to work, it just will not hold a charge for as long as when it was new.

Extra charger

The laptop comes with a charger. This option is for students who would like to have a spare charger, such as a charger to leave at home and one to leave at school.

Please submit payment promptly, but no later than June 20th.

If coming to campus, please call ahead to confirm our reception desk will be open at the time of your visit. 

Cash/Money Order must be paid in-person at the reception desk, please obtain a receipt.

Checks payable to Mercy High School may be mailed or dropped off in-person. Be sure the check includes the student's name on the memo line.

Please Note: If you want to pay by check but do not have checks, most banks will allow you to set this up in your online bill pay. Enter Mercy's information as the biller. If prompted for an account number, enter zeroes.

• The device must be available for your daughter's exclusive use. She will bring it to school each day and will not be expected to share with siblings or other students.
  
  
• If a repair or replacement is required, parents are responsible for making prompt arrangements. If available, a loaner device will be granted for a maximum of 2 weeks.
