Thank you for your interest in the United Way of Lee County Junior Board of Directors. We appreciate your time and consideration. The Junior Board of Directors is a group of individuals who meet quarterly for a board meeting and quarterly for a service project or volunteering opportunity.
Qualifications:
-Must be between the ages of 21-35
-Must demonstrate a strong passion for the United Way mission
-Must have a strong desire for helping the Lee County community
-Must show a commitment to volunteering
-Must have excellent communication skills
-Must have demonstrated leadership skills through previous roles in student organizations, volunteer work, or professional experiences
Requirements:
-Must be able to attend all four quarterly Junior Board meetings
-Must commit to understanding United Way and its purpose in the community
-Must attend at least 75% of service projects or volunteering opportunities
-Must commitment at least a one year term
