2025 - GIRLS Build A Team Grant Application Logo
  • 2025 HIGH SCHOOL BUILD A TEAM PROGRAM GRANT APPLICATION

  • The Junior Golf Association of Arizona (JGAA) has taken on the responsibility of continuing the AWGA's legacy to fund programs that directly benefit women and girls through the game of golf, inclucing the High School Build A Team program. The BAT program was founded in 2012 when the AWGA Board of Directors made a commitment to expand their support of junior girls in golf. Now that the AWGA has dissolved its 501(c)3 and donated its remaining assets to the JGAA, we are pleased to offer the program to interested high schools in Arizona, including girls’ teams, co-ed teams, and unified teams. The program is funded through donations, individual club donations, grants, and other fundraising efforts.

Grants of up to $2,500 are made available to high school golf teams in Arizona. Grants are approved by the JGAA Foundation Board and awarded based on need, qualifications, a completed application and availability of funds.

  • APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL APRIL 30, 2025 FOR FALL GOLF SEASON.
