Registration form must be recieved by Monday, July 28 to guarantee the Regular Registration rate of:

-$300 for in-state institutions/organizations (military are considered in-state)

-$600 for out-of-state institutions/organizations

After the due date of Monday, July 28 the late registration fee will apply at a rate of:

-$400 for in-state institutions/organizations (military are considered in-state)

-$700 for out-of-state institutions/organizations

*Registration forms will only be accepted if they have been submitted at least two weeks prior to the specific event the institution wants to attend. The registration costs include attendance at one fair or all of the fairs.
