By signing this "Challage the Box" Waiver and Release of Liability (this "Competition" Release"), I understand that consuming the REAPER — Dave’s spiciest level of chicken — carries the potential for serious health risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, allergic reactions, property damage, emotional distress, or even death. This is an extreme food challenge and should not be taken lightly.

By signing this REAPER Release, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless both Dave's Hot Chicken Franchise Co LLC and Atuiqe LLC and their respective franchisees, affiliates, members, sponsors, partners, venues, managers, employees, agents, and representatives from all losses, claims, demands, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of participating in the hot chicken eating competition at Muz Fest.
