Registration Fees:

SAES and NAES Member Schools:

1-4 people per school: $265.00 per person
5-10 people per school: $225.00 per person (15% discount)
10 people or more per school: $185.00 per person (30% discount)

Non-member Schools:

1-4 people per school: $295.00 per person
5-10 people per school: $250.00 per person (15% discount)
10 people or more per school: $206.00 per person (30% discount)

Each pre-recorded session is available for purchase from March 24, 2024, to May 1, 2024, and can be viewed until June 7, 2025.

EACH REGISTERED PERSON WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONTAINING LINKS TO ALL SESSION RECORDINGS.

Cancellation & Financial Policies:

Cancellations received two weeks prior to the event will receive an 80% refund. After that time, replacement registrants are welcomed but no refunds are available.

Medial Release Policy:

Attendance at, or participation in SAES meetings and other activities consititutes an agreement by the registrant to SAES's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities.
