iTHINK Community Foundation Scholarship Application

Please fill in all information below; incomplete applications will not be considered.
- You must be an active iTHINK Financial member, in good standing, and a graduating high school senior or currently enrolled in a college or trade school to apply for this scholarship.
- The following must be returned with this application. All information must be received together in a single package.
- Two (2) current (dated within the last 60 days) letters of recommendation from teachers, counselors, or school administrators on school letterhead (college or high school) acknowledging student’s achievements. If home-schooled, provide a home-school affidavit or verification letter.
- A current transcript of your college or high school grades. Photocopies are acceptable. A copy of your most recent report card may be substituted.
- Creative entry: Please write either a 250 word essay OR create a 2-1/2 minute video (email link/video to marketing@ithinkfi.org) that details your plans for use of the scholarship and discuss your career goals (separate sheet).
