iTHINK Community Foundation Scholarship Application

Please fill in all information below; incomplete applications will not be considered.

You must be an active iTHINK Financial member, in good standing, and a graduating high school senior or currently enrolled in a college or trade school to apply for this scholarship.
The following must be returned with this application. All information must be received together in a single package.
Two (2) current (dated within the last 60 days) letters of recommendation from teachers, counselors, or school administrators on school letterhead (college or high school) acknowledging student’s achievements. If home-schooled, provide a home-school affidavit or verification letter.
A current transcript of your college or high school grades. Photocopies are acceptable. A copy of your most recent report card may be substituted.
Creative entry: Please write either a 250 word essay OR create a 2-1/2 minute video (email link/video to marketing@ithinkfi.org) that details your plans for use of the scholarship and discuss your career goals (separate sheet).
