Hey, friend! Thank you for leading a group to the Steubenville South Conference—we're excited to partner with you in providing an unforgettable encounter with Christ for the young people in your ministry. This year's theme is "Consumed," inspired by Deuteronomy 4:24: "For the Lord your God is a consuming fire..." Mark your calendars for June 20-22, 2025!

Need to update your group numbers? You’re in the right place! This form is for Group Leaders who need to add participants to their existing registration. Once you submit the Group Update Form, you will receive a Confirmation Email with a new invoice reflecting your updated total.

How to Update Your Group:
Step 1: Gather Your Updated Group Details.
Before completing this form, have the following information ready:

• The additional number of youth and/or adults you are adding.
• The total number of youth and/or adults in your group.
• Your group (or church parish) contact information.
• Any special notes or accommodations for your updated group.

Step 2: Complete the Group Update Form.
Fill out the form below with your updated numbers. Double-check your information to ensure accuracy before submitting.

Step 3: Receive Your Confirmation Email.
After submitting, you will receive a Confirmation Email with a revised invoice reflecting your updated group size. Be sure to review this carefully and submit payment by the outlined deadlines.
