From here, the recommendation form is for the recommender to complete. The applicant should complete this section and click the “Save” button below. Do not hit the green Submit button!!! (If you are logged in to the jotform company that this form is using, you will see a different window than the following directions, so please make sure to log out of jotform before proceeding). In the next window that appears (sometimes if you have pop-up blockers on your internet browser, you may not see this window, in which case please disable them), click the “Skip Create an Account” link in small blue text at the very bottom, which will open a new window where you can ignore the “please enter your email address” and simply enter your recommender's email address in the email address box, click the “Send” button, and your recommender will receive an email with a link to complete the rest of the letter of recommendation form.
Once you have sent the form to your recommenders, make sure to let them know that the school has sent them an email with a link to complete the form and that they must click the “submit” button after completing the form in order for it to be submitted to the school's admissions office.
