2025 Lamplighter Craft Vendor InformationWe are excited to announce some exciting new additions to this year’s event! The 2025 Lamplighter Festival in Maple Rapids MI will be bigger and better than ever, with plenty of activities and entertainment to attract a larger crowd. Here’s what’s in store: New & Returning Attractions: Car Show (10:00 PM - 2:00 PM) Social District in the main four corners, allowing attendees to walk around with drinks while enjoying live music throughout the day. Food Trucks offering a variety of delicious options.Live band at Leos Boat Shed & Social Gathering Area on Main Street with a stage for entertainment. 5K Run in the morning.MRFD Pancake Breakfast 7-10amParade (11:00 AM)Baking Contests then auction: Cake Contest (17+) Cookie Contest (Ages 7-16) Family Fun Activities: Bounce house, sawdust pile with prizes, pony rides, and more! Live Performances in the park (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM) featuring local dance groups, singers, and a magician. Craft Vendor Details: We recognize that last year was slower for crafters, not just at our event but at craft shows in general. We are committed to enhancing promotion efforts to increase attendance and ensure a successful event for all vendors. Event Date: Saturday, September 20, 2025: Maple Rapids, MI. Vendor Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Set-up from 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM)Booth Space: 10’ x 10’ this is an outdoor street event. You must bring everything you need for set up. Cost: $20 per space Booth Assignments: Sent out one week before the event. Applications: Available by mail or online.
