By signing this form, I agree to operate my yard sale on the date and hours I have selected. I agree to allow the use of my address in advertising lists and ads to promote this event. I understand that signs should only be posted on private property with the owner's consent and that it is illegal to post signs on City utility poles or street or signal light poles. The City of Greenville will not be held responsible for any actions or incidents occurring on my personal property. I hereby release the City from any and all liabilities, whether personal or monetary.
