    Learning Outcomes:
    1. Explore one of the various certifications or training beneficial for OT practitioners that are providing or preparing to provide Home Modifications. NAHB CAPS & how it is different from other certifications/designations available.
    2. Describe how to achieve and maintain the NAHB CAPS designation.
    3. Understand the benefits of the NAHB CAPS designation for marketing your business.
    4. Recognize the crucial role of OT's in the home modification market and the importance of learning from an OT for this credentialing

    About the Speaker:

    Gail Stocks, an OT and CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) educator will share with attendees what the benefits of the CAPS certification are and how it prepares an Occupational Therapy Practitioner to effectively assist individuals with disabilities or desire to maximize safety in their living spaces for anticipated physical or cognitive decline.

    When: Tuesday, March 4, 2025, 6-7 pm via zoom
