Thank you for your interest in joining us in the 2025 Columbus Circle Holiday Market. Columbus Circle Holiday Market is a long standing gem located at the entrance of NYC's beloved Central Park, and one of the best performing Holiday Markets in New York City. We look forward to receiving your application.
- Application Deadline: May 25th, 2025
- Rental payments will be accepted in the following forms:
- Check/money order
- ACH/bank transfer
- Vendor payment schedule is as follows:
- $2,000 Non-refundable payment due 7 days upon acceptance.
- Friday, June 27th - 50% of total fees due
- Friday, August 1st - 100% of total fees due**
- **Vendors failing to submit payment in full by 8/1/25 will be moved to the waitlist.
- All vendors will be required to submit daily sales for the duration of the market via. a third party software approved by Urbanspace.
- All vendors accepted into the market are held to a high standard. Fines will be charged for not opening on time/closing early, signage or displays that do not conform with guidelines, or damage to the kiosk/park property.
- Half booths, Single Booths, and 1.5 booths come equipped with one quantity 60 amp electric box. Double booths come equipped with two quantity 60 amp electric boxes.
- Additional electric can be requested for an added cost.
**Market operations, dates, and exact location of the Holiday Market at Columbus Circle are subject to final approval by all reviewing City Agencies.
