    2025 - 2026 Winter Village at Bryant Park Application

     

    Thank you for your interest in joining us in the 2025-2026 Winter Village at Bryant Park. We are excited to kick off yet another Holiday market in the heart of Manhattan. The Winter Village is one of the top performing Holiday Markets in the Country, and we are excited to receive your application.

    Prior to submitting your application, please be aware of the following:

    1. Vendor Application Deadline: May 25th, 2025
    2. Vendor rental agreements will be issued as the greater of "base rent" or a minimum of 15% of net sales, whichever is greater. 
      • All participating vendors will be required to submit daily sales via. a third party software approved by Urbanspace.
    3. Rental payments will be accepted in the following forms:
      • Check/money order
      • ACH/bank transfer
    4. Vendor payment schedule is as follows:
      • $3,000 Non-Refundable down payment due 7 days upon acceptance
      • Friday, June 27th - 50% of total fees due
      • Friday, August 1st - 100% of total fees due**
      • **Vendors failing to submit payment in full by 8/1/25 will be moved to the waitlist.
    5. All vendors accepted into the market are held to a high standard. Fines will be charged for not opening on time/closing early, signage or displays that do not conform with guidelines, or damage to the kiosk/park property. 
    6. Each booth will come equipped with one quantity 60 amp electric box. 12' x 12' kiosks come equipped with 2 quantity 60 amp electric boxes. 
      • Additional electric can be requested for an added cost.
