2025 Union Square Holiday Market Application

Thank you for your interest in joining us in the 2025 Union Square Holiday Market. Union Square Holiday Market is one of the top performing Holiday Markets in the country, and we are excited to receive your application.

1. Application Deadline: May 25th, 2025
2. Rental payments will be accepted in the following forms:
   • Check/money order
   • ACH/bank transfer 
3. Vendor payment schedule is as follows:
   • $2,000 Non-refundable payment due within 7 days of acceptance.
   • Friday, June 27th - 50% of total fees due
   • Friday, August 1st - 100% of total fees due**
   • **Vendors failing to submit payment in full by 8/1/25 will be moved to the waitlist.
4. Premium booth fees will be allocated to certain booths based on location within the market.
5. All vendors will be required to submit daily sales for the duration of the market via. a third party software approved by Urbanspace.
6. All vendors accepted into the market are held to a high standard. Fines will be charged for not opening on time/closing early, signage or displays that do not conform with guidelines, or damage to the kiosk/park property.
7. Half booths, Single Booths, and 1.5 booths come equipped with one quantity 60 amp electric box. Double booths come equipped with two quantity 60 amp electric boxes.
   • Additional electric can be requested for an added cost.

**Market operations, dates, and exact location of the Holiday Market at Union Square are subject to final approval by all reviewing City Agencies.
