2025 Herald Holiday Market Application

Thank you for your interest in joining us in the second annual Herald Holiday Market! This years iteration will be twice the size, and double the length of our inaugural Holiday Market last December. We look forward to bringing one of the most memorable experiences to NYC in the most wonderful time of the year! 

1. Application Deadline: June 20th, 2025
2. Rental amounts can be found within the application. Payments will be accepted in the following forms:
   • Check/money order
   • ACH/bank transfer 
3. A down payment of $2,000 will be due within 7 days of acceptance into the market. The remaining payment schedule is as follows:
   • Friday, July 18th - 50% of total fees due
   • Friday, August 18th - 100% of total fees due
4. Vendor rental agreements will be issued as the greater of, Base rent or 15% of net sales, whichever is greater.
   
   • Vendors will be required to submit daily sales via. a third party software system approved by Urbanspace.
5. All vendors accepted into the market are held to a high standard. Fines will be charged for not opening on time/closing early, signage or displays that do not conform with guidelines, or damage to the kiosk/park property.
6. Half booths, Single Booths, and 1.5 booths come equipped with one quantity 60 amp electric box. Double booths come equipped with two quantity 60 amp electric boxes.
   • Additional electric can be requested for an added cost.
7. The 2025 Herald Holiday Market will be span across 4 city blocks, from 32-36th st. along the Broadway corridor. There will be two distinct time frames in which the market will take place, to accomodate the Thanksgiving Day Parade. 
   • 32nd - 33rd street (Greeley Square): December 3 - January 3rd
   • 34th - 35th street (Herald Square): December 3 - January 3rd
   • 35th - 36th street: (Herald North) November 7th - January 3rd 

**Market operations, dates, and exact location of the Herald Square Holiday Market are subject to final approval by all reviewing City Agencies.
