                                              • REFUND POLICY

                                                1. Vendor fees are refundable with a $25 cancellation fee, UNTIL two weeks before the market date.

                                                2. Within two weeks of the market, all fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

                                                3. Vendor fees may be transferable to another date in the same season, until two weeks prior to the market. No-shows will get no refunds.

                                                VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR AND MUST MAKE THEMSELVES AWARE OF ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND COUNTY REQUIREMENTS FOR THEIR PRODUCTS/SERVICES. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE US DEPARTMENT OF FOOD AND AGRICULTURE, THE WEBER/MORGAN HEALTH DEPARTMENT, AND MORGAN COUNTY.

                                                REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OF KNOWLEDGE, PERMITTING, OR PRACTICES ON BEHALF OF THE VENDORS.

                                                Prior to each market date, we will email you a reminder to SECURE YOUR $10 TBL for EVERY market. It is REQUIRED!

                                                To comply with Morgan County law, we HAVE TO inspect vendor booths for their appropriate permits including:

                                                1. Morgan 1-5 Day Temporary Business License ($10 per market)
                                                2. Complete Utah Tax information
                                                3. (if applicable) Morgan/Weber Health Department permits:
                                                  1. Food Handlers Permit ($25 per year)
                                                  2. Temporary Food Establishment Permit ($65 per market)
                                                  3. Food Sampling Permit ($25 for 3-month)
