MCIUEF Golf Registration Form

GOLFER REGISTRATION
On Monday, May 12, 2025 the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit Education Foundation (MCIUEF) will host our annual Golf Outing at the exclusive Brookside Country Club, a private 18-hole course.

Participation includes:
- One full sleeve of golf balls
- A welcoming tee-gift
- Breakfast
- Snacks & beverages provided throughout the entire event
- Lunch
- A chance to win additional prizes
Registration is $150 per golfer or $550 per foursome. Discount can only be applied if foursome is registered together. Golfers must register by May 2nd.
