As a requirement for admission to the Division of Nursing, all applicants must submit two (2) letters of reference forms:
- One (1) must be from a Personal Relationship/Coach, providing examples of character and leadership
- One (1) must be from a Teacher/Professor, providing overall academic performance and potential for success in Nursing
