Collaboration Terms & Conditions

By applying for a collaboration with Vanity Vault, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and professional partnership while protecting both parties.

1. Eligibility & Selection

Collaborations are subject to approval based on audience size, engagement, and alignment with the Vanity Vault brand.
Vanity Vault reserves the right to decline applications at its discretion.

2. Content Requirements

If selected, you agree to create and post the agreed-upon content within 7 days of receiving the product.
Content must be high-quality, clearly showcasing the product, and align with the Vanity Vault brand aesthetic.
Posts must tag @vanityvaultau and include the designated hashtags provided in the collaboration briefing.
Stories, reels, TikTok videos, or other agreed-upon content must remain visible for at least 7 days (for disappearing content like Instagram Stories), Unless agreed otherwise

3. Ownership & Usage Rights

By participating in this collaboration, you grant Vanity Vault the right to share and repurpose your content for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and paid advertisements.
Vanity Vault will always credit the creator when resharing on social media.

4. Compliance & Consequences

If you fail to meet the agreed content requirements within the specified timeframe, Vanity Vault reserves the right to charge you the full retail value of the product(s) received.
Failure to comply with the collaboration terms may impact eligibility for future partnerships.

5. No Guaranteed Future Collaborations

This collaboration does not guarantee future brand partnerships, gifting, or paid opportunities. Vanity Vault selects creators based on campaign needs and performance.

6. Product Delivery & Shipping

Vanity Vault is responsible for shipping the agreed product(s) to the creator at no cost.
Vanity Vault is not responsible for any delays, lost, or damaged items during transit.

7. Agreement Confirmation

By submitting this application and participating in the collaboration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
