For custom orders, Snow Cookie Creation requires a 10 day turnaround from the time of form submission and deposit payment, but does depend on availability. For custom orders larger than 5 dozen, please contact at least three weeks prior.

Do you need to fast track your order?
Orders submitted within a 10 day pickup time will need to be fast tracked. Fast tracked orders will have an additional fee of $15/dozen.

Please state colors, theme, wording, etc. The more information you give the better. Give name of recipient/birthday person/etc. if applicable. Please give any exact wording if needed. Check spelling of names since all names will be spelled as stated below. Please note that colors may slightly vary from those shown in inspiration pictures.

Please note that Snow Cookie Creation is not an authorized gluten-free, nut-free, or other allergy-free business. If gluten-free friendly cookies have been ordered, please be aware that cookies are baked in a kitchen that does contain gluten. Cleaning and sanitizing will be done so cross-contamination is minimal, but please know that it is still possible.
I understand that Snow Cookie Creation requires at least a 50% non-refundable deposit before my order will be on her calendar. Snow Cookie Creation will contact me about payment upon completion of this form. The remaining 50% will be due one week before pickup if not paid upfront. If I need to cancel or change my order, it must be done at least one week prior to the arranged pickup date and time.
I understand that I will be sent an invoice through the email provided above and will be able to pay via card transaction. I can choose to pay just the deposit or full amount at the time of booking. (Orders that are fast tracked will need to pay the full amount at the time of booking.) Which would you like?
