Daily Report Guidelines 

1. Upload a Job Safety Analysis to the daily report. (JSA must be on every daily report)
2. Upload Photos (minimum of 5) - must be clear.
   • Close up Photos of electrical gear installed. 
   • With the dead front off and panel door open
   • Showing the panel schedule
   • Show all screws are present on the Panel Cover
3. Pictures from 10-15 feet back (For Perspective; ie… site cleanliness, no trip hazards, work accomplished...).
   
   • If Trenching, show photos of depths with a tape measure.
   • Concrete pads (show the stub up location and quality of the concrete finish)
4. Side profile pictures of the EV Installation.
   
   • Showing uniformity and alignment.
   • If outdoors, compiles with its weatherproof rating.
5. Clear Pictures of chargers with wire terminations and what charger is dialed to (front cover removed).
   
   • Showing that the circuits are labeled and that insulation has been stripped correctly.
   • Rotary dial settings
   • Clear pictures of the front cover clearly showing Charger IDs and Endpoints. 
6. Pictures 10-15 feet back showing the entire parking space w/ pedestal chargers, signs, and stenciling.
   
   • Show where the pedestal is mounted in respect to the parking stripe line.
7. Pictures showing conduit, rigid pipes, and uni-strut level/plum.
8. Torque Specs, voltage tested, duct seal.
9. Labeling: Panel, Step down, Disconnect, Meter, Chargers, Branch wire.
   • Panel Schedule with a label maker. 
10. Pictures showing any obstacles.
