For printed orders, Snow Cookie Creation requires a 7 day turnaround from the time of form submission and deposit payment, but does depend on availability. For bulk corporate orders larger than 5 dozen, please contact at least three weeks prior.

If gluten-free friendly cookies have been ordered, please be aware that cookies are baked in a kitchen that does contain gluten. Cleaning and sanitizing will be done so cross-contamination is minimal, but please know that it is still possible.
I understand that Snow Cookie Creation will contact me about payment upon completion of this form. I will be sent an invoice to the email provided above. The entire amount of the order is due at time of booking. If I need to cancel or change my order, it must be done at least one week prior to the arranged pickup date and time.
