This qualifies your participants to enter the local payout. There will be 5 winners at $150 each. Please list all participants first and last name.
BEFORE & AFTER PICTURE REMINDERS!!!!
- Wear the SAME OUTFIT! The more SKIN, the better chance to WIN!
- Be sure to do the SAME POSES!
- Make sure you have GOOD LIGHTING!
- DATE must be visible! Selfie with closeup of your phone calendar or date.
- Placement in clothes needs to be in the same place! (IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION if clothes are pulled up or over fluffy areas in after and don't look the same in the before)

by submitting your participant, The Participant agrees to participate subject to all terms and conditions set forth herein.

Furthermore, the Participant acknowledges if they are a cash prize winner their pictures will be approved to use in future advertisements or promotions.

Winners will be selected by a panel of qualified judges, who will evaluate the overall transformations based on criteria such as weight loss, muscle gain, increased tone, and muscle definition. The selection process will involve a thorough voting procedure, ensuring that the most impressive transformations are recognized.

All awards are subject to subsequent auditory verification to confirm compliance with the official rules by the participants. All winners, must be present to win. Please arrive early. Cutoffs are 15 minutes after event starts.
