Albert Park Yachting & Angling Club (APYAC) Rules (Clause 5.4) provide for the spouse (husband or wife) of a current APYAC Full Member to join APYAC as an Associate Member.
Associate Members enjoy social rights and access to APYAC Clubhouse facilities, but do not have boathouse or launching rights, and are not entitled to vote at Club meetings or elections.
The Associate Membership will lapse if the current full member's full membership ceases or the marriage no longer exists. The "Current Member" must inform APYAC should the relationship change.
The Associate Membership category does not charge an annual fee. Upon approval of this application by the Club's Membership Committee, a charge of $25 will be invoiced to cover administration and membership card costs.
The Associate Member Applicant confirms that they:
- wish to become a member of the Association;
- support the purposes of the Association; and
- agree to comply with these Rules.
